We achieve our excellent build quality right from when our panels are manufactured in a strict factory environment to only appointing approved partnering contractors to complete our homes on site. The application of new and evolving manufacturing technology allows us to deliver quality buildings that exceed standard thermal and noise requirements.

Flexibility
Off site manufacturing often comes with design limitations. Our panel system gives the Architect total freedom to design a range of bespoke designs to meet site requirements and take full advantage of the opportunity. This is one of the biggest advantages of our system given current government policy to encourage developers to use brownfield sites and maximise densities where appropriate. These opportunities generally are in towns and developed/urban areas; thus requiring imaginative designs.
Time
Our system allows a quick build process on site which on average means that a new home can be erected and watertight in a day and fully complete within 10 weeks.
Cost
Traditionally, off site manufactured systems were expensive but the argument made was that developers got a project completed quicker and thereby reducing funding costs and indeed allowing them to work on other schemes. At ebt we have invested a great deal of time and investment with our supply chain partners with a view to make our system comparable in cost to schemes built under traditional methods.
