At ebt we believe that our clients should be given choice, choice to have the design they want, to a specification they want and choice on who they want to build it.
Option 1 – starters only
This is where ebt work the client’s project team to produce our panel system for us to design and erect on site.
The client appoints a main contractor to complete the project
Option 2 – the whole thing.
This is a complete ebt service where we work with the clients architect and we appoint all other consultants to undertake to construct the whole project, from appointing the ground worker, erecting our system and then completing the project both internally and externally, liaising with all regulatory bodies and effectively acting as the client’s development/construction manager.
