Carlton Terrace, Portslade
We completed our first site for Aldi Stores in June 2007, less than 26 weeks after construction began in December 2006. The development of 12 flats over a supermarket for Guinness Trust Housing Association will provide much needed affordable housing for the residents of Portslade in East Sussex.
